1. Acceptance of Terms

a) SEMAR-PSS offers diving courses, excursions, equipment rentals, and other services related to recreational diving.

3. Reservations and Payments
a) To reserve a course or service, you must provide accurate and complete information.
b) A deposit is required to secure your reservation. Accepted payment methods are: PayPal, cash, bank transfer.
c) Prices include (see the "Diving Services" section) unless otherwise stated.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
a) Cancellation by the customer: If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, 100% of the payment will be refunded. If you cancel within the 48 hours prior, a [percentage] of the payment will be retained (see the cancellation policy for diving services).
b) Cancellation by the dive center: In the event of adverse weather conditions or logistical issues, a partial refund or the option to reschedule will be offered.

5. Participation Requirements
a) Minimum Age: 12 years for Junior Open Water Diver courses. 15 years for Open Water Diver courses. Diving Experience: 15 years and older.
b) Physical Condition: Participants must be in good health and complete a medical form.
c) Basic Skills: Feel comfortable in the water.
6. Client Responsibilities
a) Participants must follow the instructor's instructions at all times.
b) It is the client's responsibility to inform about any medical condition or physical limitation that may affect their participation.
c) The dive center is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from non-compliance with these rules.
7. Limitation of Liability
a) SEMAR-PSS shall not be liable for: Damages or losses arising from the use of the website or services. Injuries or accidents during diving activities, except in cases of proven negligence.
b) Diving is an activity with inherent risks, and participants assume these risks upon registration.
8. Intellectual Property
a) All content on the website (texts, images, logos, etc.) is the property of SEMAR-PSS and is protected by copyright.
b) Copying, distributing, or using the content without prior authorization is not permitted.
9. Links to Third Parties
a) Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these sites.
