Our Diving Experience is a 3-hour program for people who want to try scuba diving with a minimum of time and money. You don't need any previous experience to try this underwater activity, this program is designed for beginners. . Duration: 3 hours . Age: 12+ > Requirements: Pay a 10 usd/euro reservation through PayPal 48 hours in advance to guarantee the activity. > Limit of people per experience: 4 people. > Included: 1. Round-trip transportation to your hotel. 2. Lunch. 3. Diving equipment. 4. Photography and video service, 10 photos and a video with the best moments. 5. Diving guide. 6. Digital Scuba Experience Certification by PSS. 7. 10% discount on "Diving Courses" valid for 10 days after the Diving Experience. > Contraindications: 1. People who have a flight in the next 12 hours after having finished the Diving Experience. 2. People with a neurological disease that prevents the development of the activity. 3. People with decompensated psychiatric disorders. 4. Women during pregnancy.
Cancellation Policy
> 1. *You must make a reservation of 10 usd/eur minimum 48 hours in advance through the payment platforms: PayPal or Cash, in order to guarantee your participation on the day of the activity. > 2. *Cancellation more than 48 hours in advance*: If you decide to cancel your reservation more than 48 hours before the date and time scheduled for the diving experience, you will receive the money paid in full. 100% refund. > 3. *Cancellation within 24 hours prior*: If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours prior to the start of the experience, you will not lose your money, however it will not be refunded, only your reservation will be rescheduled for another available day without any losses. > 4. *No-show or late arrival*: If you do not show up for the Diving Excursion or arrive more than 30 minutes late after the scheduled time without having previously communicated your delay or absence to the Diving Instructor, you will lose the money paid for the reservation and your reservation will not be rescheduled. > 5. *Cancellation by the Diving Center*: In the event that the Diving Center must cancel the experience due to adverse weather conditions, logistical problems or any other situation that prevents the safe completion of the activity, 100% of the reserved money will be refunded. This refund will be processed within a minimum of 24 hours after the scheduled start time of the experience. *Important note*: For any changes or cancellations, we recommend that you contact the Diving Instructor directly as soon as possible. This will help us provide you with better service and manage your reservation appropriately.
